Meet Allie Lane
Allie Lane is a municipal recreation professional with over 26 years of experience developing and managing community programs. As a current Recreation Director, she has extensive experience overseeing summer camps, training staff, and building programs that support children, families, and communities.
Through Municipal Camp Partners, Allie works with recreation departments to strengthen summer camp programs through staff training, program design, and operational support.
She is also a presenter at the Massachusetts Recreation and Park Association conference on summer staff training, sharing practical strategies to help staff feel confident and prepared for the summer season.
